EXTRACTS FROM THE KILFEACLE CEMETARY
We found a transcribed version of the Kilfeacle Cemetary Records in the Thurles Library. The Kilfeacle Cemetary is located about 10 kms east of Tipperary Town, on the Tipperary-Cashel Road (N 74). The oldest tombstone is dated 1690, but the church ruins are dated as far back as the 13th century. Three of the parish priest from the second church (1760-1845), and 7 of the parish priest from the current church ( built 1845), are buried here. These records have been made from the readable headstones, many of them are so old, they are impossible to read.
