Total - 2 hours Good evening everyone and welcome to the Know Your Rights show streaming live on the internet on RAT FM. Our show is now proudly sponsored by WebGate IT Solutions - stretching your IT dollar further. If you are looking for any IT experts please contact the guys at www.webgate.net.au

As always, my name is Mike and I'm joined this week by Darryl.

(Introduce Darryl - say Hi)

As I explain at the start of every show, I have been working with the guys at Aussie Speeding Fines for a number of years now, promoting the excellent work that they do informing and educating the motoring public about their rights. And, in conjunction with a number of different groups, we have now formed the new Know Your Rights group and we are committed to finding new ways to wake people up to the truth in regards to what is really going on in the world. We would especially like to thank John, who runs RAT FM for this great opportunity to do these broadcasts over his digital radio network.

This is now our 54th broadcast and have now been broadcasting for well over a year - which is very exciting - and we would like to welcome any new listeners to the show and also extend a very warm welcome back all our regular listeners as well.

And, for those of you who are new to our show and our website, you will find a copy of all of our previous broadcasts on our Radio Show page – http://www.knowyourrightsgroup.com.au/radio-show/ - and you can access those podcasts completely free of charge.

Those podcasts include a wide range of topics and interviews with people such as Darryl O'Brian from CLRG, Larry Hannigan, David Woods, John Vico and a number of others. We also cover things like: unjust and unlawful traffic fines, the ultimate banking fraud, why personal tax is voluntary and the fact that the ATO is not a legal entity. We also deal with the strawman concept, as well as the importance of the Commonwealth Constitution. So there's lots of great information up on-line now for all listeners – new and old alike - to refer to in case you have missed anything or want a refresh on a topic we have previously covered.

Darryl asks - "So Mike, just remind our listeners again what the purpose of these broadcasts is all about". As always, the point of these broadcasts is to inform and educate people about the truth and about their rights. It still amazes and concerns me how many people are still brainwashed by the government propaganda about things like speeding fines - "Speed Kills" and "Every K over is a killer", people who still don't see that 9/11 or 7/7 were inside jobs or those that still don’t realise the fraud that is perpetrated by the banking elite every day.

And, once people do get their head around some of those basic truths, we want to give people strategies and techniques for taking action against these injustices and helping to set things right again.

So, in order to achieve that outcome, we do these broadcasts every week on Tuesday night between 8 and 10pm (EST) and we would love to receive listener's feedback and any questions they may have or suggestions for topics they would like us to cover via e-mail at [email protected] or feel free to sms us at 0412 711 755 or call us on (03) 9017 5093.

I want to kick this week’s show off again with a couple of e-mails that our members and listeners have sent through because they highlight some important points again that I’m sure will be of interest to our listeners.

Read out e-mails

So, there’s some food for thought as we go into our first break and, as always, we welcome your feedback and comments on those e-mails during the course of our upcoming break.

When we come back from the break, Darryl will be having a chat to you bout a couple of interesting legal concepts and we will also be giving you the details of our upcoming seminars too.

So, as always, if you have any friends or family members that may not have tuned in yet, jump on the phone or post a message on Facebook, send them a quick text message or an e-mail and remind them that our show is on live, right now, in case they forgot.

Tell them to go to our website and click the Radio Show tab and listen in - or they can even listen on their mobile device now via Tune In as well. We're going to play a couple of songs now to give you a chance to do that and we will be back with our responses to your Facebook questions and posts shortly.

Play 2 songs Discussion with Darryl. Lead in mentioning that our Adelaide seminar is on in less than 2 weeks – which we will discuss a little later in the show – but, right now, Darryl wants to talk about some important changes that have occurred recently in South Australia that will, no doubt, start happening in other States around the country as well.

More discussions with Darryl.

Just before we go to our next break, I want to remind everyone about the various products and services that we have available that will A) be of great benefit to those who choose to take advantage of them and B) will assist us in generating the cash flow vital to keeping this group going.

Most listeners are now well aware of our Members area - which gives people the opportunity of downloading our fully edited podcasts, with all the music removed, just a few days after each show goes to air. Those Members also get access to a copy of our comprehensive shows notes for each broadcast as well.

In addition to that, we also have our new podcasts CDs, which currently contain our first 45 podcasts, which, again, have all the music edited out and that equates to about 70 hours of straight content.

The CDs contain all of our podcasts in an MP3 format and these can be played in most modern car CD players or, alternatively, you can simply transfer those files to your phone or tablet and listen to them whenever you like. We believe that this is a great alternative to, or at least an addition to, the current mainstream radio stations that are out there and we guarantee that you will learn an incredible amount about your rights, about our laws in this country and about the truth by listening to these CDs as opposed to jut blindly listening to mainstream radio.

In addition to those podcast CD's, as we mentioned on our last few shows, we have now introduced a number of new products that you can order off our new Products page.

So, first up, we have a CD entitled "The Almanac of Evil", this CD contains a 159 page pdf that details The Vatican's misbehaviour throughout history and how they've brought private law into being and how they control us with their evil empire. This great read is available for just $25 from our new Products page, which can be found at - www.knowyourrightsgroup.com.au/products/ Next, we have a full copy of the Annotated Quick and Garran Commonwealth Constitution also on a CD. Now, what makes this CD so unique is that it actually contains a full indexed version of the 1008 pages of the standard Quick and Garran Constitution.

As any of you who have struggled to make your way through that huge document will appreciate, the index makes it so quick and simple to find a specific topic that you are searching for. We now have that available on our Products page for just $45 which is an absolute bargain when you consider that a copy of the Commonwealth Constitution would normally cost you around $300 and it doesn't have that index!

And, finally, we have another disc that is actually a DVD that contains an incredible number of invaluable Law Dictionaries, including: All of the Black's Law Dictionaries from the 1st edition through to the 9th, Bouvier's, Ballantine's, Bloomsbury's and even the Oxford Law and Latin Dictionaries as well as the Dictionary of the Bible and the English Entymology Dictionary.

If you could even find a collection of all of those legal dictionaries, it would probably cost you thousands of dollars to collate them and put them all together on a single disc but, once again, we've done all the hard work for you. And, we're not charging $1,000, $500 or even $100 for that disc - although all of those prices could be very easily justified with the amount of invaluable information on them. Instead, our price is just $65.

So, please if you would like to purchase any of those products, and help support us in the meantime, you can do so via the brand new Products page on our website www.knowyourrightsgroup.com.au/products/

We are also very happy to simply receive any small donations that people would like to make to help keep this radio show going and those can be made via the Paypal Donate button that you will find near the bottom of our Home page.

So, we're going to go to a quick song break and give you a chance to have a look over those products and place your orders for any that are of interest to you and we will get them out in the mail to you and, for those of you who would like to make a small donation, we will receive that from you very gladly.

When we come back from the break, we will be chatting to you about our upcoming Adelaide seminars, as well as our major, end of year event in Melbourne. Play 2 songs

We had another really great turn out to our latest seminar, which we just ran in Perth two weekends ago. We actually had just on 40 people attend which was fantastic but now we need to turn our attention to our upcoming Adelaide seminar which is on in less than 2 weeks – on Saturday, the 17th of October – at the Tonsley Hotel in Clovelly Park.

Our seminars have been going from strength to strength and, if this continues for our Adelaide and Melbourne seminars then we will definitely be doing more of our seminars next year and, if we have enough interest, we may even start our advanced seminars as well, because a lot more people have been asking about those.

But, before we get to any of that, we need to ensure that we fill up our Adelaide venue so please, if you are in or around Adelaide on the 17th of October and have not yet purchased your tickets, please go straight to our Seminar page now and do so.

Walk ups on the day will NOT be admitted so you MUST purchase your tickets, via the link on our Seminar page, ASAP so we know how many attendees we actually have so we can arrange for the printing of workbooks and the like.

And, speaking of our workbooks, we want to remind people that our workbooks have grown to 84 pages now and we believe that just the workbooks alone are worth far more than the actual ticket price, let alone all of the additional information and explanations that we give you during the full day event itself.

We have taken on board the feedback that we have received, especially from our recent Brisbane, Sydney and Perth seminars, and we are including a lot more "real world" examples in our presentations now and really connecting the dots between the laws and how to actually raise and use those legal arguments in court cases and in paperwork as well. Basically, there will be a lot more focus on the practical implementation of our information in our upcoming seminars than ever before.

And, speaking of upcoming seminars, we sent out an e-mail last week to everyone who had registered an interest in us conducting a seminar in Melbourne and, although the response has been good for a “normal” seminar, this is going to be our major end of year event so we really need people to e-,mail us at [email protected]. And confirm how many tickets they are after and whether they prefer the 21st or the 28th of October – as we have both available and need to know which one suits most people. So far, it’s looking like most people prefer the 28th so we will b working on that date and looking to lock something in later this week so, if you are committed to attending that major, end of year seminar, please be sure to e-mail us.

Our goal is to get 100 people to attend that event to show the powers-that-be that the general population are start to “wake up”, they really are interested in learning about their rights and they are prepared to take action and fight for their rights, rather than constantly having them eroded, in the way that we spoke about earlier tonight.

We are looking for a suitable venue to hold that event in, preferably, somewhere in or around the city – so that it’s convenient for people from all around Melbourne to attend – so if anyone has any connections with venues or function rooms and can help us out with that, please shoot us through an e-mail – [email protected] – and let us know.

We look forward to being inundated with responses and locking in a date and venue before this coming weekend so that we can formally announce that Melbourne event on next week’s show and give everyone plenty of advance notice so we can reach that goal of 100 attendees.

I know that I have been a bit harsh and “in your face” over our past few shows but, so far, responses are definitely picking up so I am happy to back off a little if people have got the message and are ready to take action on their own. Darryl and I had a lot of time to talk on the flights to and from Perth a few weks ago and we are very excited about what the future holds, how many people we can reach next year and presenting some of our more advanced information as well but we do need to ensure that the Adelaide and Melbourne events are fully booked to enable us to do everything that we want to do over the coming Christmas break and into next year.

And, speaking of which, we have also had a few people ask us about doing a seminar in Tasmania and, as always, our response is the same, if we get enough people, we’re happy to do a seminar pretty much anywhere. So, if you are in Tassie or have friends or family there that would be interested in us doing a seminar, please either e-mail us and/or register your interest by filling out the form on the bottom right hand side of any of our web pages. We are toying around with the idea of doing an event there in maybe February next year, if we get enough interest so, if you want it to happen, take action and help us make it happen. The reality is, as we've said before, that we should have thousands of people attending each and every one of these events that we run but the number seems to be less than 100, which is truly sad. Tickets are an extremely reasonable $150 for the full day event and those amounts simply cover our costs for flights, accommodation, venue hire, equipment, workbooks etc. As an attendee, you get a full day seminar that is absolutely jam packed with information from the minute we kick off at 9.00am until somewhere around 5.00 - 5.30pm, when we finish off.

There's no lengthy introduction of the speakers, there's no upsell to any other, more expensive programs, it is just 8 hours plus of solid content. Again, if you go to our Seminar page, you will get an idea of the sort of topics that we cover:

How to successfully challenge unjust and unlawful fines, why the ATO is not a legal entity and why personal tax is voluntary, how the Commonwealth Constitution really does affect us every day and how to use it to your advantage.

Understanding how we have been subjected to private law for many years now and how to bring courts back into Common Law jurisdiction, the distinction between you and your Strawman and how to use that distinction to your benefit, how to set up a private foundation and the importance of operating in the private rather than in the public and a whole lot more!

If you used the information that you learnt at our seminar to beat just one fine, you would have already saved yourself more than the cost of attending. Imagine how much you would save over the remainder of your driving years though, if you applied it to each and every inevitable fine you received.

If you used our information to have a credit card debt or personal loan written off, what would that be worth to you? And, if you used our information to completely legally eliminate all future personal tax obligations for the rest of your working life, how much would that save you?

Are you starting to get an idea of how incredibly valuable our information is now?

Please be sure to go to our seminar page, and have a look through the numerous written and video testimonials from people who have previously attended our seminars, to see just how much valuable, useable information we give you at these events. Once again, over 10% of the attendees at our Perth event were people who had previously attended before and came back again so that they could re-visit the powerful information that we teach at those full day events.

And, to that end, we are offering a full 50% discount to anyone who has attended an event before and those tickets can also be purchased directly off our Seminar page. We would also like to remind everyone that we are encouraging as many young people as possible to attend and, as a way to achieve that, we are giving away a free under -18 admission with every paying adult. So, if you have kids, especially teenagers, that you would like to introduce to our information then please feel free to bring them along at no charge. Just e-mail us their details, once you've booked your tickets, so we can add them to the list of attendees.

We had a number of teenagers attend our Brisbane and Sydney seminars and we would welcome anyone who wants to bring along a teenager to our Adelaide event. I understand that Stewie, one of our regular listeners, is bringing his family with the lovely India and Layla who are, if I remember correctly, just 11 and 13 years old which is absolutely fantastic.

Again, just think how much your children would save over the course of their lifetime if they knew, before they even began driving, how to never pay an unjust or unlawful ticket, if they knew how to avoid the fraudulent banking system and knew what to look for in bank contracts and the like and, if they learned how to set themselves up, before they even started working, so that they never had any personal tax obligations.

So, please go to our Seminar page now and book your tickets before they sell out so you can avoid wasting another 6 months paying fines, fees and taxes that you simply don't need to. Also, just a very quick reminder that walk ups on the day will not be permitted so you must book your tickets prior to the event so best to get in early and do that now.

We would also obviously encourage anyone who has been along to one of our seminars and knows, first-hand, how valuable the information is, how precisely and professionally the events are run and how much incredible value you got from a previous event, to please share that with others, post comments on Facebook and the like and urge as many people as you can to come along and experience one of our life-changing seminars for themselves.

We actually had a number of people putting up posts on Facebook just prior to our Perth seminar, encouraging people to attend, which was great because people could see that it wasn’t just us promoting the event, others who had attended before were also promoting it which really helps so please feel free to do that again in the lead up to the Adelaide event and the Melbourne one as well, once we formally announce it.

So, we're going to break for one last song and give you a chance to have a read over our seminar page, to pass the details of it onto friends, family and work colleagues and to get in now and book your tickets.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind people that there are many very simple things that people can do that cost little or no money and take up very little time as well.

For example, be sure to take 30 seconds to register your interest in being part of this vital class action by registering your interest at the top right hand section of the Local Government Class Action website - www.localgovernmentclassaction.com

Go to our Local Government page and download the flyer relevant to your State and send it off with the cover letter that you can also download from that page to your local MP and see if they can answer those few simple questions.

Join up as a Facebook Member and help us spread the word on social media. We now have almost 10,200 Members on the Know Your Rights Facebook group and the Aussie Speeding Fines group has just under 6,400 members. Be sure to share posts that we put up there with others on your own page and through other groups that you may also be a part of.

Please also be sure to contact the guys at Aussie Speeding Fines and ask them to send you out some cards and stickers and help them spread the word too and remember that we now have our own bumper stickers and business cards available for the Know Your Rights group and all you have to do is email us your postal address and we’ll send them out for you.

Then, if you want to do even more, order your copy of the Aussie Speeding Fines e-book, watch the Strawman videos and research that concept on-line and speak to the guys at Operate in the Private about setting up a private foundation. The guys at Aussie Speeding Fines have asked me to quickly mention their affiliate program again. So, just very quickly, if you go to their website www.Aussiespeedingfines.com you will find an affiliate link and if you join their affiliate program you can actually earn a full 33% commission on every single member that you refer to them.

So, if you joined up as an e-book member and then referred just three people who, in turn, also joined up as e-book members, then your e-book membership would, essentially, be free. This is a really great way to help out your fellow motorists, by directing them towards information that is going to educate and inform them about their rights and also earn a great little income on the side.

If anyone has a large database or a website that gets a lot of hits then this is a great opportunity to help them spread the word and make some serious cash as well. As I said before, in my view, every man or woman who travels in an automobile should have a copy of the Aussie Speeding Fines e-book in their glovebox – it’s just that simple.

Make full use of all the information that is already on our website and the ASF website too - there is a ton of free information available, people can access and download all of our podcasts, the ASF site has probably even more free info than ours does. The point is that there is a wealth of information available and it is all easily accessible on just two websites – you just need to actually access it, learn it and then use it!

Again, we welcome anyone who would like to help sponsor our show or provide prizes that we could give away to our listeners to please contact us and, those who like to get involved with RAT FM as a whole, please e-mail John directly at [email protected] so he can fill you in on the finer details. We'd like to remind everyone listening that our goal here with these broadcasts is to inform and educate people as to what is really going on in the world and to help people to really "wake up" to the truth that is all around them that they are either blinded or conditioned from seeing.

One of the challenges that we have is that everyone is at different levels in regards to how "awake" they are or, once they are truly awake, how much they actually know about a particular topic.

So, the Know Your Rights Group was put together to create a one-stop website for people to come to regarding some of the most popular topics and we are looking to expand the amount of basic, introductory information that we have on that website. And then, once people have their heads around those various topics, they can then go onto dedicated websites such as Aussie Speeding Fines, CLRG and the soon to be developed Bank Secrets Revealed sites to find our more specific detailed information about these various topics.

Also, we are slowly but surely building up a regular base of listeners for the Know Your Rights show and we will be doing more research and hopefully talking to some new people about all kinds of topics that concern our freedoms and Constitutional rights so be sure to block off your Tuesday nights between 8 and 10pm and, if you can't listen in live for some reason, be sure to check for our podcasts which will now be uploaded each week so you can listen in to all your favourite parts of the show.

As I have said many times before, these shows don't write themselves, it takes about 4 hours or more each week to prepare for each 2 hour show. We have to research the content and put it all together in a format that flows and makes sense. We do this in addition to trying it upload new information to our website each week or so and, as anyone who is involved in web design knows, there is a fair bit of work involved in setting up and constantly updating a website - writing the content, uploading that, constantly making little changes here and there etc. and this all costs time and money.

So, if you enjoy these broadcasts and appreciate all the new information that we keep adding to our Know Your Rights website then please help us out by making a donation via the link on our Home page.

Also, if anyone has any related events, meetings, rallies, seminars or anything like that, please let us know here at RAT FM or via the Know Your Rights Group website and we will gladly promote any relevant events during our show and even get you live on air to discuss them.

We're going to finish off tonight by reminding everyone that, as always, nothing in this broadcast is to be considered as legal or financial advice and we recommend that listeners do their own, independent research into all of the topics we discussed and we recommend websites such as: www.knowyourrightsgroup.com.au www.aussiespeedingfines.com www.banksecretsrevealed.com.au www.operateintheprivate.com

And finally, just before we go, don't forget to listen in to the other great shows that RATFM now has on air. The Round Table Discussion stream their show live on Your Tube on a Sunday afternoon between 3pm and 6pm and those shows are then replayed on RAT FM on a Friday evening between 4pm and 6pm. Also, from 8 til midnight on Thursday for the heavy metal show, Disaster Zone with The General and Dr Death. There are also a wide variety of other shows being played throughout the day and evening now on RAT FM so be sure to tune in at different times to find some more shows that you enjoy.

Thanks and we will be back with you next Tuesday at 8.00pm.
