Financial Worksheet

If the family would like an evaluation of the likelihood of qualifying for need-based financial aid, it will be necessary for them to organize family income and asset information. This worksheet is designed to collect such information. If the parents prefer to keep their financial data confidential, there will be the opportunity to do that when registering for a parent account.

This basic financial worksheet should be sufficient to run my need-calculator program. If your family has a more complicated financial situation (e.g., your parents are the owners of a farm or business), we should discuss your situation, as more data may be required to properly run the need-calculator program.

Note: If the parents are separated or divorced, the FAFSA only asks for information from the parent with whom the student lives with for the majority of the year. If the student is applying to a college that uses PROFILE, it is likely that the non-custodial parent will need to submit additional information.
