2. You can go into a variety of specialist areas, which include: accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax accounting and real estate accounting.

3. Every company needs at least one accountant. No matter how big or small a company is, they need accountants to manage their financial processes.

4. Opportunities to branch out into other business roles. You may start off as an accountant and learn a lot about how businesses run then branch out into other areas such as management or IT.

So you see, studying accountancy can lead you down paths you may never have thought possible.
