Open Questions on Model Responsible Party 1. Get definition for GIC and GMD ERCOT and TSPs 2. Ask Siemens: a) Station Numbers – Are these changed each time a GIC study is performed if TSP does not supply its own list? b) Substation grounding resistance – Is data only collected for high side weye grounded transformers and shunt reactors? c) Does it matter what voltage size goes first for Winding 1 in GIC module? Do we want highest kV first? d) How does GIC module of PSS/E handle branch data in GIC computations? Does the branch data from PSS/E override the power flow data?
