Inclusion / Merger of Companies to Access Velocity Ocbc Under a Primary Organisation ID

Inclusion of Companies to Access Velocity@ocbc under a Primary Organisation ID Purpose This document is applicable for Velocity Premium Service Package ONLY. It serves as a guidance notes for companies that would like to share the same Organization ID to access Velocity@ocbc. The exercise of allowing Organization ID sharing is referred to as “Inclusion of Companies to Access Velocity@ocbc under a Primary Organisation ID”.

Definition  Primary Organisation = company that will hold the main Velocity@ocbc access for all inclusion companies  New Inclusion Companies = companies that will be included into Primary Organization ID for Velocity@ocbc.. Also known as Specified Company.  Existing Inclusion Companies = companies that were already included into Primary Organization ID for Velocity@ocbc.

1) Velocity Application Form

- To be submitted under the name of Primary Organization and signed by its authorized signatories - To list down all account numbers, including primary and sub entities - To define all user access rights - Any insertion is to be signed by the Primary Organization's authorized signatories
