GRADE R INFORMATION SHARING AND DEVELOPMENT MEETING (ISDM) AND WORKSHOPS

As per our telephonic conversation, thank you for availing your school as a venue for our Grade R sessions. These sessions have in the past proven to be a wonderful platform where Grade R teachers are able to learn and grow their professions whilst sharing their knowledge and experiences across schooling communities.

We will have one ISDM every term. Some terms there will be an additional workshop. The sessions will commence at 14H00. We plan to end before 16:00 in the afternoons as not to keep workers and staff too late.

RE: Physical Education – Motoring Skills Programme

Life Skills is the one subject that was neglected a bit during the CAPS training. As physical development plays such a major role in our ECD learners’ development, we thought it wise to provide ECD schools with Grade R with a motoring skills programme for a year.

During term 1 of 2015 I will conduct another 4 workshops.
