Richard Dingley of Launceston, gentleman, swore on oath that he and Anna Bryant were witnesses to the last will and testament of Digory Credicot of St Mary (Magdalene), Launceston, labourer on the 18 Oct 1844, beginning, ‘This is the last will and Testament of me Digory Credicott [Credicot] of Launceston’ and ending ‘also all my household goods furniture and all other articles I may be possessed of’ and signed Digory Credicot and were present when the testator wrote and signed his will.
