The Vancouver Metro Senior Softball Association is a non-profit organization established to play organized slow pitch softball for recreational purposes. Membership is open to all who meet the age requirement of 60 or over during the current calendar year. Teams will be formed in April, and league play will run from May through August. Teams may play one double header starting at 6:00 p.m. (7 innings per game) each week. All games are played on an alcohol and tobacco free field. Membership in the Association is purely voluntary, and members assume all risks involved in participating in games and other Association activities, including traveling to and from such activities. Members also agree to abide by the Association’s Constitution, By-laws and Rules of Play. The Association is not liable for injuries and/or other adverse consequences members may incur as a result of their participation.
