Network Change: In the Lawrenceville Wire Center (LRVLGAOS / F5618), new DLC will be placed and existing services will be cut from the copper facilities feeding from the Central Office to the new/existing fiber fed DLC facilities. This will be done to clear the construction limits for the Bridge placement on Buford Dr (GA Hwy-20) over GA Hwy-316 and loss of existing conduit under GA Hwy-316. Georgia Department of Transportation project PI # 0004086 MSL00-0004-00(086).

Description of Type of Changes Planned: The GA DOT is planning to lower GA Hwy-316 approx 25 ft to construct a new bridge along Buford Dr (GA Hwy-20) over GA Hwy-316. This relocation of the existing GA Hwy-316 will cause the loss of approx 2.0kf of 12-4”MCD along Buford Dr (GA Hwy-20). This will impact (4) SAI(s).

S 302 Lendon Ln NE: SAI and collocated VRAD are in conflict with new bridge project. Place a MESA-6 cabinet, ALP448 Quad Cabinet and 5400pr SAI on new AT&T easement along Reynolds Rd NE. Cabinet sized per CLR 1.10.05. Turn up a SONET multiplexer, metallic DISCS systems, and 7330 as a DSL solution. Place approximately 50 ft of buried 24g 1200 pr copper cable and terminate the new NPG pairs into new SAI. Cutover all non competitive carrier circuits in existing SAI S 302 Lendon Ln NE to new SAI and DLC systems.

F 795 Victoria Station Blvd NE: Cutover all non competitive carrier circuits in existing copper compliment(s) feeding from the Central Office in existing SAI F 795 Victoria Station Blvd NE to existing DLC systems located at RT 1128A.

R 1155 Woodland Ln NE: Turn up (1) 96-line DLC system and activate additional F1 facilities from RT 1128A to SAI. Cutover all non competitive carrier circuits in existing copper compliment(s) feeding from the Central Office in existing SAI R 1155 Woodland Ln NE to existing DLC systems located at RT 1128A.

F 1055 Pinbrook Dr NE: Activate additional F1 facilities from RT 1328A to SAI. Cutover all non competitive carrier circuits in existing copper compliment(s) feeding from the Central Office in existing SAI F 1055 Pinbrook Dr NE to existing DLC systems located at RT 1328A.

Description of Reasonably Foreseeable Impact of the Planned Changes: "book23"After this work is completed, metallic feeder facilities from the Central Office to the effected area will no longer be available. Unbundled loops that are defined as compatible with Digital Loop Carrier (DLC), e.g., those defined to transport POTS-grade service, will be transferred to the new DLC system without consequence. Competitive carrier employing unbundled loops that are defined to require metallic facilities, e.g., Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) or line sharing circuits will be notified individually. At the time of this submittal, there are no circuits impacted in the geography affected by this notification. This notification is intended to allow the effected carriers to convert the circuit to one compatible with DLC. Description of Reasonably Foreseeable Impact of the Planned Changes:

Currently, there are no Competitive Carrier circuits of this type on any of the affected copper facilities in the following SAI(s): F 795 Victoria Station Blvd NE, R 1155 Woodland Ln NE and F 1055 Pinbrook Dr NE.

(4) Competitive Carrier circuits of this type will be affected in copper facilities in SAI S 302 Lendon Ln NE.

It should be noted that if a competitive carrier obtains an unbundled loop that has been defined to transport POTS-grade service, but then utilizes the POTS-grade to provide DSL service, AT&T has no knowledge of the presence of DSL. In such case, AT&T has no basis to notify the carrier and there will be no means to continue DSL service.
