RE: Project Home

The Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce is pleased to present for consideration the Marcellus Energy Park located in Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. The Marcellus Energy Park is situated less than 2 miles from I-180 and is zoned heavy industrial. It has rail with a siding in place and is fully serviced with all utilities required in your specifications.

Attached is the sell sheet for Marcellus Energy Park. You will note that the 17.15 acre parcel which has Weatherford was a proposed expansion for them which they never acted upon. This along with Parcel 3 on the map which is 18.76 acres would provide you with 35.91 acres of I-2 zoned property for development adjacent to the railroad.

Lycoming County is home the Pennsylvania College of Technology. It is a leading institution in various manufacturing curriculum. They work closely with industry locally, nationally and internationally on projects and workforce development. The developers of Project Home would find a local labor market readily skilled in meeting their needs.

Our rail service to the Marcellus Energy Park is provided by Lycoming Valley Railroad which is the local short line railroad that works directly with both NS and Canadian Pacific. They work with local industry on meeting their rail needs whether it is less than daily service or 7 day a week service.

The community is positioned to work with the right industry in acquiring and developing this property. This property is currently enrolled in the Keystone Opportunity Zone program. Our organization has also partnered with Lycoming County and the Lycoming Foundation to develop a $600,000 incentive package to assist with the development of this parcel.

We look forward to your contacting us in learning more about the opportunity available for Project Home.

Sincerely,

Jason Fink Executive Vice-President 570-320-4213 [email protected]
