IX. Old Business

a. Vote on Proposed Change in Bylaws Current Wording: Constitution Article VI Conferences, workshops, and other meetings of the association shall be held at such time and place as shall be determined by Executive Board. Bylaws Article X : Quarterly Meetings Quarterly meetings of the association shall be held during the months of September/October, December, February and April/May. Executive Board recommends eliminating Bylaw Article X completely.
