James Leader Charge thanked the board and asked the board to remember every decision they make is about students. Moved by James Leader Charge, seconded by Melissa Whipple and carried to enter into executive session at 7:37 P.M. to discuss personnel. The President reconvenes the regular meeting at 8:05 P.M. Moved by Melissa Whipple, seconded by James Leader Charge and carried to amend the contract for Bobbie Cox to include Principal duties for outlying schools (Klein, Littleburg, and O’Kreek) and compensate her $2,250.00, allow the use of a vehicle in the performance of duties, and a maximum of 10 days of comp time. Moved by Melissa Whipple, seconded by James Leader Charge and carried to amend the contract for Carol Galbraith to decrease the number of work days to 241, with same salary, and 3 less days of vacation leave.
