Hamdard University Islamabad Campus is holding its 12th Degree Awarding Ceremony at 09:00 a.m. on Thursday, 31st March, 2016 at International Islamic University Quaid-e-Azam Auditorium, Faisal Mosque Complex, Islamabad. You are invited to attend.

Instructions

 All Graduates/Post Graduates of Hamdard University Islamabad Campus are advised to apply for proper registration to the Deputy Controller of Examinations, HUIC, 23 East, Fazal ul Haq Road, Blue Area, Islamabad.  Registration Forms will be available for issuance of invitation cards to the graduating students at DCE office.  Academic Robes will be provided to the Graduates/Post Graduates between 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from 25th March to 29th March, 2016 subject to their depositing an amount of Rs. 8,500/- (minus the amount of the fee if paid already) as degree processing fee.  Graduates / Post Graduates will be allowed to enter the hall if they are dressed in the Academic Robes and produce the invitation cards issued by the university.  You are advised to observe the decorum of the ceremony. It is expected that graduating students will display the professional attitude and high moral character. Breach of discipline may result into the cancellation of the degree.
