Emerging Markets 12/14/2016 Olive Garden Installations

Installation Overview Olive Garden has engaged AT&T/DIRECTV to install our programming service into their restaurants This document will address the configuration and requirements for successful installs. NOTE: Installations are to be done as a 2 day truck roll process Pre-Installation Requirements  All sites pre-call required 1 to 2 business days prior to confirm scheduling arrival time with site GC o If no response received contact Commercial Operations immediately  Work order cannot to be up scheduled  Work must be performed on the dates specified

General requirements  All work must start at 8:00AM  All work must be complete by 11:00AM and cleaned up daily to ensure no disruption to the business  Same Technician will assigned to both days of work  Technicians on time arrival as schedule with the GC  Technician MUST be uniformed with visible proper I.D.  Work order fulfillment will come from technician van stock  Any installation that cannot be completed will require pictures from the tech submitted to Commercial Operations at [email protected]  Any work needed outside the normal scope for installation will need DIRECTV approval  Tech is instructed to contact their supervisor and Commercial Operations immediately  NO CHARGES are to be discussed or collected by technician

Equipment Requirements  Ka/Ku ODU with SL5 LNB, NPRM w/pad, 8 concrete block  SWiM distribution LNB/splitter  PI29 power supply  H25 receiver(s) w/mounting bracket, RF remotes/dongles, and 10PIN cables

 The hours of fulfillment are 8:00AM-11:00AM  The first day is for dish set up  TV’s may not be onsite Day 1 installation should proceed  Please send more than 1 technician if the times are not able to be met with 1 technician alone  All work must be complete by 11:00AM and site cleaned up to ensure no disruption to the business  No work is to be performed outside these hours

ODU Install  All Installations will be a new Ka/Ku ODU, SL5 LNB NPRM/w pad, and a minimum of 8 ballast block o NOTE: NPRM is the preferred mounting option  Bonding of the DIRECTV ODU and system in accordance with Local and NEC standards  The AV Company will run the cables at the dish

Interior Site Work  With GC, determine receiver mounting locations for each TV  The AV Company will run the cable from the dish to the TV’s prior to day 2 install

 Install SWiM module,PI-29, and splitter at the coax home run location

Receiver Setup  Receiver must be mounted concealed from customer view  Mount receivers behind the TV when room permits o Receivers may be placed above TV, in the false ceiling, if there is no other way to conceal it o At not no time should a technician remove a customer’s TV from its mount . If the DIRECTV technician needs access to a receiver that is not readily accessible, they are to ask the site for assistance, and have them remove the TV from the mount . DIRECTV technician will authorize receives and conduct proper system test  HDMI connection is the preferred connection to all TV locations

 Activate receivers and verify DIRECTV programming at all TV locations

Remote Programming  RF RCxx remotes will be used on all installed systems  Program each remote to control receiver/TV

Final Steps  Completion of all applicable forms (e.g. Work order) and obtaining GC personnel’s signature certifying the job has been completed  Capture photographs o ODU o Ground o Homerun distribution o TV/Receiver locations  Clean up and remove all DIRECTV debris from the business location. This includes removal of empty DIRECTV equipment boxes at customer’s request

Any installation that cannot be completed will require validation from tech supervisor along with an email to [email protected] with reason for installation delay In addition to all of the above, all work must be performed in accordance with the requirements of the Statement of Work for Commercial Installations.
