Presenters: Landril Brumfield, START Coordinator, and Dr. Lauren Charlot, LICSW, PhD, a licensed clinical social worker in North Carolina. Dr. Charlot has been working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities (IDD) and severe co-occurring psychiatric disorders and challenging behaviors for over 30 years. Dr. Charlot is Clinical Director of the North Carolina START East Team and is Acting Clinical Director for the START Team at MHMRTC.
