Greg began his professional career in the factories of General Motors which took him from the manufacturing floor to the design studio; 15 years later, Greg left a Senior Engineering Manager position at GM. This departure lead to the building of a consulting business with his two partners Don Freeze and Regina Bowden (Transformation Inc.), that spanned three continents and took him around the world working with Original Equipment Manufactures and suppliers in Europe, Australia and North America.

Over the past 7 years, Greg as been involved in building several businesses while honing his skills in leadership and as a professional speaker.
