The Salop Teaching School Alliance CPD Bursary Application Information

Salop Teaching School Alliance have set aside funding to enable schools and colleges to provide innovative CPD opportunities for their staff. There are 12 bursaries of £300 available for distribution.

Guidelines Applications for funding are encouraged for a wide range of high quality innovative CPD opportunities. This should be a new initiative that has not already been completed and embedded in school or college.

Some suggested activities may be:

1. A programme of peer observation 2. In house training led by individuals 3. Visits to other schools

Schools/Colleges may apply for a bursary of up to a maximum of £300. The activity must be completed by 31 st July 2014.

Successful applicants will be required to complete a Case Study proforma which will be published on the Salop Teaching School Alliance Website. On receipt of the Case Study and an invoice payments will then be issued.

Notification of Decision Applications will be considered on 24 th February 2014 by the Teaching School Alliance CPD Operational Group and parties notified accordingly.
