Jr Handlers $10.00 Per Run Each Class $12.00 Per Run DAY OF SHOW ENTRIES: We will accept day of show entries provided the trial has not filled. The day of show entry fee is $15 a run with no package deals. Day of Show entries will only be taken during check-in. It is recommended that you e-mail [email protected] the week before the trial to see if we have room for Day of Show Entries. You will be assigned a ring for the entire weekend so no conflicts. If you would like to be in the same ring as someone else, please send in your entries together in one envelop. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Confirmations will be sent PRIOR to December 21st. If you do not get a confirmation, email me BEFORE Dec 21st. I will not check my email or phone messages after December 29th. DO NOT COME TO THE TRIAL and tell me you did not get a confirmation. I will reply to EVERY email. If you send in changes, you will receive a new confirmation. If you do not get it, email me. PLEASE DO NOT LET YOU DOG PEE on buildings, equipment posts etc. ENTRY DATA: There is no need to overnight entries. We reserve the right to refuse any entry. Anyone who is not currently in good standing with NADAC will not be allowed entry into the trial. There shall be no refunds for entries withdrawn in the event a dog and/or handler is dismissed from competition, regardless of the reason for such dismissal. Refunds are allowed if requested before the closing date. Refunds after the closing date will be honored only for bitches in season. A $10.00 processing fee per dog will be assessed for ANY refund. No entry fee will be refunded if the trial cannot open or be completed by reasons of riots, civil disturbances, fire, weather, acts of God, public emergency, an act of a public enemy, or any other cause beyond our control. Accepted entries may be changed prior to December 21, 2009 at 9:00 p.m. E-mail change requests to [email protected]. No changes will be made at the trial, so please read your confirmations carefully. Multiple e-mail confirmations will be sent; at a minimum, a preliminary confirmation will be sent when your entry is received and processed and a final confirmation will be sent just prior to the trial. MOVE-UPS BETWEEN DAYS WILL BE PERMITTED AT THIS TRIAL NO CHANGES OTHER THAN DAY TO DAY MOVE UPS WILL BE MADE AT THE TRIAL SO PLEASE READ OVER YOUR CONFIRMATIONS CAREFULLY. Exhibitors, through submission of entry, acknowledge that they are knowledgeable of NADAC rules and regulations, and agree to abide by all rules in effect at the time of this trial. A copy of the current Exhibitors Handbook may be downloaded free from the NADAC web site: www.nadac.com VETERAN HANDLER: Handlers aged 60 years or older or disabled handlers may opt to enter Hoopers, Touch N Go, Tunnelers, and/or Weavers as a Veteran Handler which allows you to receive 10% more standard course time. This division is for Veteran Handlers only. The Veteran/Disabled Handler division is designed for handlers who, due to age or impairment, are mobility limited and need extra time to guide their canine partners through an agility course. When entering as a Veteran/Disabled Handler, you must enter all dogs in all classes for the entire trial in this Division and must jump 4” lower than your, Standard Division jump height. In the non-jumping classes, dogs will be scored and placed with their Standard Division jump height. SKILLED CATEGORY: As of January 1, 2009 when entering the Skilled Category, all dogs must jump 4" lower than their Proficient, Standard Division jump height requires. AWARDS: First through fourth place ribbons will be awarded for each jump height in all categories, levels, and classes (except Chances which has no placements). Qualifying ribbons will be awarded for any qualifying score. COMMUNICATING WITH TRIAL SECRETARY: E-mails sent to [email protected] regarding trial 'stuff' will be responded to within 4 days (usually within one day on weekdays). Funny things happen in cyberspace; e-mails get lost, e-mail addresses cannot be read, spam filters, etc., so if you send an e-mail and do not get a response within 4 days, please e-mail again. If you entered the trial but did not get a confirmation, please e-mail. Don't worry about 'bugging' the Trial Secretary. Please check your dog's NADAC registration number on your trial confirmation as soon as you receive it; also, please check the copy of the results posted at the trial. You should report any errors to the Trial Secretary immediately. NADAC records trial results as they are submitted by the host clubs/groups. The individual trial results submitted by the club are uploaded to the files section of the [email protected] list within two weeks after the NADAC office receives them from the club. The trial results will remain on the list for at least thirty (30) days. Please accept the responsibility to review those results, and check that your registration number and qualifying points, as reported by the club, are correct. You can join the [email protected] list and set your settings to "no mail". You will be able to view trial results and check for any possible discrepancies, without receiving list mail. If you find an error in the reporting of your dog’s qualifying points or registration number, please contact the host club. The host club is responsible for correcting any errors and informing NADAC. Levels: Points earned at a higher level of a class, prior to the completion of the lower level title, will not be banked by NADAC for future use. If a dog earns points in a level of a class that they are not eligible to title in, those points will not be added to the dog's records. The running surface is dirt. Please note, while the place is heated, it still can be cold inside. The building is large. Please be prepared for cold weather. Food and drinks will be available at the Hitching Post Snack Bar which is located on site. RV hook-ups are available through Diamond 7 Ranch –two nights is 50 or three nights is 70. Please pay at the Hitching Post. Inside restrooms are available. Stalls may be rented for the weekend for $20 for the weekend. Please send in a separate check made out to Diamond 7 Ranch with your entry. No Smoking in the building. Please remember to pick-up after your dogs and keep stalls clean. No crating will be allowed inside the metal arena area. No crating will be allowed in the bleacher area. Inside crating is allowed in the entrance area & along the aisles. It is distinctly understood that every dog at this event is in the care and custody and control of his owner or handler during the entire time the dog is on the show premises. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Trial Chairperson be asked to leave the show site. In such case, no refund of fees paid will be made. WORKERS: We will be using a workers sign up board at the trial which will be located at the checkin table. We will not start the trial until the worker sign up board is filled, so please sign up to help. We truly appreciate all the help we get at trials as we could not put on trials without the help of volunteers. Don't worry if you don't have a tape/CD to exchange, feel free to borrow one to listen to on your ride home. We only ask that you keep the tape/CD in circulation so others may enjoy it. You can do this by returning the tapes/CDs at our next LRA Exchange, mailing it back or passing it on to another exhibitor. Multiple tape or CD donations to the LRA audiotape collection are most welcome. The more tapes/CDs we have, the more trials we can circulate them at.
