1992 – Present Marine Institute St. John’s, NF . Instructional Design Coordinate and develop instructional design resources. Identify effective learning strategies and course design. Coordinate delivery logistics and communicate with relevant departments. Provide instructional design, development, delivery, monitoring and evaluation for in-house and external clients. Produce operational tools for delivery and task analysis for projects; provide professional development presentations on the topics of distance learning, project management and online facilitation using learning management systems for faculty.

. Curriculum Development Develop the course curriculum for new and existing programs. Produce and organize curriculum outlines with faculty members while discussing their teaching and learning options. Lead product development teams consisting of subject matter experts/faculty, technical consultants, learning technology programmers, web site and graphics developers, editors, and word processors. Liaise with administrators and partners.
