FINAL PROJECT REPORT COVER SHEET Historic Preservation Grants to Indian Tribes
The Final Project Report is used to monitor the progress of grant-assisted activity at the end of the grant period (as required by the Grant Agreement). Attach additional sheets to answer questions 3--10.
NOTE: The Final Project Report is due within 3 months of the end date of the Grant Agreement. Failure to submit a timely and acceptable Final Report places a grantee in noncompliance with the terms of the Grant Agreement, and will result in payments being withheld, or in repayment of grant funds already paid to the grantee being required by NPS.

6. On an attached sheet of paper, describe any differences between the planned and actual products of the grant.
7. On an attached sheet of paper, briefly provide a final Work-Cost Budget breakdown, using the line items in the NPS-approved Grant Agreement or a subsequent approved amendment.
8. On an attached sheet of paper, describe reasons for differences between the planned and actual work-costs.
9. On an attached sheet of paper, briefly describe how this grant established or improved tribal historic or cultural preservation capabilities.
10. If any publications were produced with this grant assistance, enclose three copies of the publication.
11. Do you have an outstanding advance? If so, enclose an SF 425, Federal Financial Report, showing the status of the liquidation of that advance.
