2) I therefore request you to treat this letter as MOST URGENT and expedite the report in this matter as the panel for the post of Assistant Executive Engineers/Civil is to be prepared shortly.

3) If the Assistant Executive Engineers/Civil mentioned in the Annexure is not working under your control and the Superintending Engineer concerned may be asked to forward the Performance Assessment Report to this office directly, under whom the individual is working at present.
