Ted Park Acting Deputy Director Real Estate Services Division Department of General Services

Over the last 37 years, Ted Park has developed expert knowledge of the State’s capital outlay system. With the formation of RESD, Ted became one of the inaugural Customer Account Managers. Ted has functioned as the Chief of the Business Operations, Policy and Planning Branch, Chief of the Professional Services Branch and Assistant Deputy Director.

The Deputy Director is the top real estate services position in DGS with full responsibility for the provision of customer service, real estate asset management, project management, professional services, building management, and internal support services.
