Interact Club Officer Descriptions

Secretary International Project Chair • Take minutes for officer meetings • Lead international project • Send minutes to officer team in a timely • Attend Area meetings relating to manner International Project, International Night • Keep track of member hours—work with • Lead International Committee Webmaster to update them on the website • Coordinate International Project fundraisers

Treasurer Historian • Provide updates on financial situation • Document all events!—positives, negatives, • Turn in check requests on time to Ms. Daffern improvements • Avoid outstanding balances • Take many pictures of events, meetings, • Take care of reimbursements conferences etc. • Apply for ASB funding • At the end of the year, create a binder with documentation that is handed down to the Project Chair next officer team • Find and plan as many events as possible to encourage member involvement Webmaster • Have at least one event per month • Keep website updated • Choose a project with a yearlong • Help other officers with technology aspects commitment • Make website interesting/promote website • Electronic member updates (events, hours, officer/advisor bios etc.)
