ESF 6 procedures for requesting and documenting logistic support to field kitchens

 Establish kitchen spreadsheet by opening the Template and saving it under the incident name. Place into Groove in the Incident Folder under the kitchen sub-folder.  As the Agencies identify kitchens for the operation enter them into the spreadsheet with identifying number (assigned by owning agency), state of origin and fueling requirements.  Once kitchen location is confirmed, enter address and contact info into the spreadsheet.  Request for each kitchen in separate missions: o Type 6 SANPAC (see example) o Type logistic support package (see example) o Trailer load of ice o Trailer load of water o Dry and Reefer trailer(s)  Enter mission numbers of requests for each kitchen into the spreadsheet, with status and color code (see example in Template).  Create a request for fuel support mission into EMC and attach the latest kitchen spreadsheet. As kitchens are added to the spreadsheet add them to the same mission as an update
