HEALTHWAY MAINPEAK ALARM SYSTEMS WA RLSSWA THAT COFFEE LADY START PROCEDURE (12km)  Designated craft launch area is over by the flag poles  Starter – located in Rigid Boat next to Southern buoy  Competitors line up in between two start buoys  Starter will announce when there is 30 seconds prior to the start of each wave  Start will be signalled by Air Horn

RLSSWA Dash for Cash Navigational Marker This first navigational marker is located 2.33km downstream from the start. All competitors must pass this marker on river right (even if you are not trying for the Dash for Cash). The first competitor to the marker in the single ski or kayak category will be judged the winner by the Dash for Cash referee in the LEAD BOAT. COURSE INFO Boat Traffic - Competitors MUST give way to commercial vessels and pleasure craft and to stay to the right hand side of the river as best as possible. First Aid Posts 1. (12km) Start Line Narrows Bridge 2. Point Walter 3. Finish Line Point Walter Portage (12km)  All craft MUST portage at Point Walter  Paddle craft go through two small ORANGE buoys on the left hand side.  Surf Boats/Outriggers/Dragon Boats pass between ORANGE BE ACTIVE buoys to the right Point Resolution (Stop Go Referee)  All competitors must keep the Chidley Point and Bicton Navigational markers on their right hand side.  Paddle Craft - Heading towards finish line, there are no extra buoys to go around this year, however there is still no cutting through Aquarama Marina or Swan Yacht Club. Any competitor found cutting through will be disqualified.

 FINISH LINE

 The finish line is located at Gilbert Fraser Oval in North Fremantle - which is located on the NORTH side of river BEFORE the Stirling Bridge

 When approaching the finish line (after Pier 21) all craft must travel inside the moorings - there will be an official water safety craft directing competitors to the finish line area - (moorings on the left - shoreline on the right).

 All paddlers must finish between the ORANGE buoy and the bank - Dragon boats, OC’s and Surf Boats must finish to the LEFT of the orange finish buoy.

 Then make your way down to the beach exit point approximately 30 - 50m further towards the Stirling Bridge. Please leave the water promptly to avoid congestion.

 RACE ID NUMBERS - Make sure your race id number is on the RIGHT hand side of your craft.

 PRESENTATIONS

 Presentations will be at 12noon in the Main Grandstand.

 Food included with your entry fee is a free sausage sizzle and drink.

 Parking is available on the Gilbert Fraser Oval, John Street North Fremantle from 7am

Life Jackets - We recommend that all competitors wear a life jacket Withdrawing - Please ensure you contact a race official should you need to withdraw during the race. If you cannot contact an official please SMS your Race ID and surname to the number on the back of the food voucher given to you at registration (0425958501)
