Approval of Minutes of previous meeting Motion by Kozlowski to approve the previous minutes dated 4/17/17, 2nd by Stieve, All in Favor

Public Comment C. Valek – Garbage clean up date went well, great idea. Several lawns need to be mowed. Village will send letters J. Kozlowski – Scoreboard should go up very soon. Will be paid for by Rescue L. Buckholt – Celebration – letters have gone out. Smoked chicken will be done by Maynard. Need volunteers to serve drinks, line up parade, etc. Some silent auction items have been given but no monetary donations as of yet. Marines will be our Color Guard.
Library Directors Report Absent
Discuss/Approve Resolution 2017-03 Providing a Guarantee of Matching Funds for the CDBG-PF Application $528,544 split between Water/Sewer and Streets. Roughly $486,019 will be water/sewer funded. Motion by Buckholt to approve Resolution 2017-03 for $528,544, 2nd by Pfaff, All in Favor. Role Call – All yes.
Discuss/Approve June Board Meeting Change – June 26, 2017 Motion by Rose to change meeting until 6/26/2017, 2nd by Stieve, All in Favor
Update – Open Book & Board of Review May 30, 2017 Rose, Buckholt, & Pfaff will be there. Open Book from 4PM to 6PM and BOR from 6PM to 8PM
Discuss/Approve Hiring of PT Maintenance Position Met Friday and decided to offer to Dwight Shaw. Retired from Air Force. Willing to get CDL if needed. Motion by Stieve to approve Shaw, 2nd by Kozlowski, All in Favor
Discuss Ordinance Enforcement Have Jenny talk to Sauk County about Ordinance Enforcement.
Committee Reports Zautke – Nothing. Stieve – Baraboo Rive Project starting phase II in 2018 (Reedsburg, LaValle, Rock Springs, Wonewoc, Kendall). Need to put money aside for budget next year. Busser – Absent – Zautke & Busser will be working on planting flowers soon. Stieve – Nothing Pfaff – Nothing Stieve – Randy looked at Roof for A/C Unit. $20 an hour. FD Surplus sale got roughly $4,000. Chairs will be sold on surplus. Busser– Rose is going to ATV meeting at Town of Freedom next month to discuss possible trails. Rose – Meeting on Wednesday this week? Won’t work for Laurie or Lisa Rose – Nothing
