What: Senior Dues are the necessary payment made by GRADUATING Seniors to participate in the Senior Class Activities (This does not include the Prom). Where: United Palace Theater -Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at 10:00am

Amount: $225 per student  Yearbook Includes:  Graduation Location  Floral arrangements for stage  Printing of programs and tickets for ceremony  Graduation Cap and Gown  Diploma case  Tassels  Corsage/ Boutonniere  Senior Breakfast  Alumni Breakfast  Sweatshirt Payment: Three payments of $75.00 (seventy-five dollars) each. The first payment is due on October 24, 2016. The second payment is due on February 13, 2017 and the third payment is due on May 8, 2017. Payments should be in cash (exact change only) or money order made out to the High School for Health Professions and Human Services. Personal checks will not be accepted Refunds: Participation in graduation/senior activities is a privilege that is dependent upon meeting academic, citizenship and attendance requirements. All payments for the senior due are nonrefundable.
