Ellington) – 2 acts  «Musagete» (music by J.S.Bach) – 1 act TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS This is provided as a brief overview for the Eifman Ballet Theater’s technical requirements for performances. Complete technical riders and repertory light plots are discussed while negotiations and are further provided as integral attachments to performance agreements. Certain modifications are possible; please contact us for additional information. The touring company usually consists of 56 people (artists, production and technical crew, administrative staff). 1. ADDITIONAL WORFORCE . Unload – 6 (six) people . Upload – 6 (six) people . Set-up – 6 (six) machinists, 4 (four) light specialists . Show – 4 (four) machinists, 2 (two) light specialists, 1 sound specialist 2. STAGE FACILITIES: . 12 – 14 m wide * 12 – 14 m deep * 18 – 22 m high . Pipes: 20 – 40 pieces . Black velvet legs – 5, black borders – 5 , black backdrop . Black ballet linoleum – 11 rolls 1, 6 meters * 15 meters; black scotch for sticking the rolls together. Behind the curtains there should be provided two folding screens or quick change rooms (each one enough for 12 artists), stands for costumes, two large mirrors, minimum 40 chairs; 3. The venue should provide LIGHTING EQUIPMENT in accordance with the lighting plot (should be negotiated and agreed separately). The venue should provide the 380 v connection for the equipment. 4. Standard SOUND EQUIPMENT (amplifiers, speakers). The phonograms are recorded on mini discs, and we will bring with us two MD players. GOVERNMENT OF ST. 5. SPECIAL EFFECTS to be provided by the venue: . 2 smoke generators; . 2 fans * The type and number of smoke machines may vary according to the specific venue and performance. 6. DRESSING ROOMS: . One dressing room for artistic director (phone, toilet accessible) . Dressing rooms for the soloists equipped with mirrors, lights, sinks (hot and cold running water), toilets, a hot shower, dressing tables, chairs; two dressing rooms accommodating 4 dancers, two dressing rooms accommodating 3 dancers; . Dressing rooms for the corps de ballet equipped with mirrors, lights, sinks (hot and cold running water), toilets, a hot shower, dressing tables, chairs; four (4) dressing rooms accommodating eight (8) artists and two (2) dressing rooms accommodating 16 artists); . Drinking water, tea, coffee. Important: in order to proceed quickly with detailed resume about production that is possible to stage on the venue we prefer to have at once a complete technical description including following stage features: - exact stage dimensions – width x depth x height and proscenium dimensions – width x height - technical drafts of the stage area in different projections (up-down, frontal, side view). The drafts should be contained as graphics files with detailed commentary in English and as engineer files of .dwg Autocad format too - detailed list of light and other electric equipment that is present with brief description of devices that should include their power in Wt and manufacturer name; a scheme of light equipment positioning against the stage plan - brief sound rider of the venue - quantity and scheme of pipes deployment with mentioning of control type (manual/computer); pipes hoisting capacity and speed of hoist; diameter and distance between pipes needed as well Technical rider is always corrected in accordance with exact tour conditions.
