Professional Experience:

Organization : FOUR M CONSULTING ENGINEERS. Duration : August 2007 to till date Role : QA/QC Engineer. Job Profile : Inspection of Welding, Fabrication, Installation and Testing of Piping, Pressure Vessel & Hydro Test, Pneumatic Test & Other related like all types of NDT Works.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Reviewing QAP.  Responsible to review drawings (GA, P&I Diagrams and isometric drawings), material take-off, check material to be used as per specification and engineering standards. Supervise sub-contractor in fabrication and installation of pipe spools and pipe supports to assure quality.  To inspect joint fit – up of each joint and making fit- up inspection reports.  Checking that the welding procedure to be used are approved and duly qualified as required.  Verifying that the welders are qualified to the approved project WPS (WPQT).  Inspection before welding, during welding and after welding.  Planning of NDT activities and review of reports.  To check the PWHT requirements of joints and to witness during PWHT.

 To witness Hydro test of pipeline and piping spools and pressure vessels.  To supervise during cleaning of pipes by buffing or sand Grit blasting.  To inspect the activities of painting, wrapping and coating, to measure WFT & DFT and to witness Pin-hole detection test, Peel of Holiday tests.  To prepare punch list and line history sheet.  Preparation of all inspection reports from material identification to Hydro Test.  Coordination with Third Party inspection persons during their witnessing and visiting.  Attending weekly and monthly meetings and QA/QC.

Organization : CHANNEL ENGINEERS. Duration : July 2006 to August 2007 Role : NDT Technician (UT, RT, DPT& MPT). Job Profile : Conducting NDT, NDT activities related to, construction, fabrication, Oil & gas plant and Petrochemical plant. ULTRASONIC TEST:

• Ultrasonic Test of Pipes of Carbon Steel, Stainless steel materials. • Thickness Survey of Pressure Vessels, Tanks, Receivers for Corrosion Analysis. • Thickness Survey of Dish End Pipe Fittings and Flanges. • Ultrasonic Test of Rods of Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel materials • Ultrasonic Test of Weld Joints for Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Header Boxes, Columns and Beams. • Interpretation of Ultrasonic Test as per ASME Sec.VIII, Div.I, ASME Sec.B31.3 AWS D1.1, API 1104.

• Dye Penetrate Test of Weld Edge Preparation of Plates and Pipes. • Dye Penetrate Test of Root Welding, Back Gouging and Inter pass Welding. • Dye Penetrate Test of Weldments of Pressure Vessels, Flange Segment Joints, Streamline Pipes and Heat Exchanger Pipes. • Dye Penetrate Test on welding overlays. • Interpretation of Dye Penetrate Test as per ASME Sec.VIII, Div.I, ASME Sec.
