PROVISION OF RESOURCES
1.0 Objective:
To determine and provide the resources necessary to implement the effectiveness of processes and provide customer satisfaction.
2.0 Scope:
From: The planning to provide a service
To: The effective and completed provision of services such that the requirement is met to the customer’s satisfaction.
3.0 Persons Responsible:
Group Director Finance Director Care Director HR Manager Branch Managers
4.0 Key Deliverables:
Opportunities and constraints are taken into account when identifying and planning resource requirements. Financial resources are planned and adequate for the Company’s purposes. Human resources are sufficient and competent to meet the Company’s requirements Material resources are sufficient and able to meet the Company’s requirements Likely future requirements are taken into account.
