Hello! Thank you for your interest in our survey. We are looking for your questions about the mental health and emotional wellbeing of young people. Please fill this in if you are a young person aged 11-25, a parent, family member, guardian, if you work with young people, or if you have another interest in the mental health of young people. It should take no more than 10 minutes to fill in. Please read this information so you know what the survey is about. All information you provide is anonymous (no one else will know your personal answers). Please do not enter your name or other identifying information in your responses. What will you do with my questions? Step 1: We are interested in everyone’s questions about young people’s mental health. Step 2: We want to collect all these questions about young people’s mental health. Step 3: We will condense these into the 10 most important questions for young people’s mental health.

What questions do you have about 11-25 year olds’ mental health that you’d like to see answered by research? We are looking for questions to help guide future mental health research. When thinking about possible questions some things you could think about are:

 Raising awareness of emotional wellbeing and mental health

 Preventing the development of mental health problems

 Causes of mental ill health and improving diagnosis

 Improving treatments, care, and other types of support This is your chance to have a voice in shaping the next generation of research advances and improve the treatment and care of young people.
