SCORING WORKROOM A quiet workroom is available in the Back lobby of the clubhouse in front of Fairway Room FOOD SERVICE: Breakfast: Buffet Breakfast will include Fresh Fruit, Assorted Muffins, Scrambled Eggs, Cheese on Side, Bacon, Cottage Fried Potatoes, Juice, Coffee/Tea. Location: Fairway Room of Clubhouse Time: 7:00 a.m . Bottled Water or Cups of Ice Water: On carts 30 minutes prior to start time. Lunch: Lunch will include: Caesar Salad, Choice of dressing, Pollo Pasta (linguini, roma tomatoes, garlic & basil with Chicken), ice cream, coffee / tea. Location: Fairway Room of Clubhouse Time: 1:00 Seated No-host bar available . Payment by Cash

An alternate menu is available for those with dietary concerns: yes A podium and microphone are available in the dining room: yes The Director will notify the Open Day Chair, Golf Pro and Food & Beverage Manager on March 31 (1 week in advance date) regarding the number of entries received, and will notify the Open Day Chair, Golf Pro and Food & Beverage Manager on April 4 (3 days before the tournament) the final non-cancellation count. Tables should be set up in quantities of eight. DIC will provide table signs. Host club will provide sign holders. WOMEN’S COMMITTEE: Number of volunteers needed to: 3 Collect money from players for sweeps, carts, and meals. . Time: 7:00 a.m. . Amount to be collected from each non-resident player: $68.00 plus $3.00 for sweeps (residents will be billed internally except for $3.00 sweeps.) . # Direct players to tee assignments. . Dress Code –Jeans, halter-tops, tank-tops and metal spikes are NOT allowed on the course or practice area. Skirts and shorts may NOT be shorter than 4 inches above knees. The Pro Shop and/or the women’s 18-hole group of the host club will enforce the dress code. Cell phones can be used as a distance measuring device provided the only function of the device is for measuring distance. If the phone and “app” has the ability to measure wind, gradient or other functions, the phone cannot be used. Cell phones can be used, however, in cases of Emergency. Location of restrooms on course: Holes #4, #8, #12, #13, #15 and the clubhouse at holes #9 and #18.

The Village offers a spectacular championship golf course on the slopes of the rolling foothills of the beautiful Evergreen district in southeastern San Jose. The course-one of the finest in northern California- is a par72 championship course, designed by architect Robert Muir Graves. All eighteen holes are equipped with four sets of tees to accommodate golfers of all skill levels.
