Work Experience Wisconsin Coordinating Council on Nicaragua, Madison, WI. As interim loan fund manager, supervised lending operations to partner agencies in Nicaragua, maintain investor relations and update lending policies, July 2001 – June 2002. Grameen Foundation, Mexico. As interim director, established the administrative and legal frameworks for a microcredit wholesale fund that would provide capital and technical assistance to Mexican microcredit NGOs; February – June 2001. Boys and Girls Club of Dane County, Madison, WI. As Program Assistant for the Computer Room, supervised children while they used the computers and coordinated learning activities and field trips, such as reading lessons for younger children and university campus visits for high school students. Grameen Bank and PACT, Bangladesh. As a consultant, wrote, edited and translated various books and documents for both Grameen and PACT and conducted independent field research; November 1993 – June 1994. Centro de Apoyo a la Microempresa (Microenterprise Support Center), El Salvador. As a research assistant conducted impact evaluations in the field.
