Rusty Scuppers Pirate Daze Food Vendor Application

All returned applications must be accompanied by a check or money order for the full amount due made payable to RSPD2016. This fee is non-refundable once the notice of acceptance has been mailed. All applicants must send a completed application and a signed and dated Hold Harmless Agreement. New applicants must send two photos of items and booth display.

All applicants must have a Washington State Business License (UBI#) and food vendors must have a Washington State Food Permit. Please enclose a self–addressed, stamped envelope. Ineligible applicant’s fees will be returned promptly. Notification of acceptance will be mailed within a week of receiving your application. You will be informed of your space when you arrive on Thursday, June 23 rd. Check in will be from Thursday, 3:00PM to 9:00PM and on Friday morning from 8:00AM to 11:00AM.

Assignment of booth space and location is at the discretion of the RSPD2016 Committee. RSPD2016 reserves the right to refuse participation to any applicants with displays of any items or services deemed inappropriate.

The prizes are donations made by local businesses and participating Vendors. RSPD will collect the prizes from Vendors upon check in. Participants will receive an “Official Treasure Chest Vendor” sign to display to the public. Your customers will receive a ticket for every $5 they spend at your business. For their chance to win, they need to put their name on the tickets and return them to the main stage. THEY MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN! HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT IS ENTERED by and between Rusty Scupper's Pirate Daze, Inc. (hereafter referred to as “RSPD”) and ______(hereafter referred to as “Participant”).

WHEREAS, RSPD is the sponsor of Rusty Scupper's Pirate Daze event occurring at Westport, Washington June 24th, 25th, and 26th of 2016 and, whereas the Participant(s) are interested in participating in the aforementioned festival to be sponsored by RSPD, Participant hereby agrees that for and in consideration for being a participant in the festival, the participant shall hold RSPD harmless for any and all acts or omissions occurring in preparation for, during, or in conclusion of the festival. The participant intends this agreement to extend to and include any and all acts of negligence on the part of the participant.
