We will go above and beyond to make your dreams become a reality. We are determined and dedicated to planning, creating, and executing a wedding that will be talked about for years to come.
Our mission is to always be a full service wedding company that gives our couples the desires of their heart. We aim to please and provide undivided attention while listening to our client’s strong desires and sometime confusions. Our services at Celebrations by Courtney Chanel is to provide a package that is suitable for each client and their budget. Our main goal is to create your dreams but also a fairytale.
We will first start off by explaining more in details about the services we offer by having a simple 1 hour consultation and then having the couple to fill out our wedding profile worksheet. The worksheet is simply to help me and my staff get to know you the couple more in depth. After the initial consult we will meet within the next week so that we can create an environment that appeals to your desired attire, accessories, anticipation, arrival, atmosphere, appetite, amusement, and appreciation.
You will receive a Celebrations by Courtney Chanel packet with information about our signature wedding packages, venues, vendors, florist, bakeries, DJ’s, transportation, photographers, bridal salons, men’s tuxedos, cancellation policies, contracts, marriage license requirements, wedding party checklist, and hotel accommodations.

I Lawuana A Green graduated from Roosevelt University with a Bachelor in Liberal Arts with an individualized study in Sociology. I have always had a love for putting colors, ideas, and events together for family, friends, and co-workers. It give me great joy to see people faces light up when I have created something magical for their special day. HONEYMOON PLANNING MAKEUP APPLICATION FOR WEDDING PARTY NAIL TECHNICIAN ONSITE COSTMOLOGIST PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY If there are any reason that you no longer need our services at Celebrations by Courtney Chanel a percentage of your deposit will be deducted from your payments. Also the retainer fee is non-refundable. PAYMENT SCHEDULE: $500 Non-Refundable fee at the time of signing the contract 25% deposit due within 30 days 50% deposit due within in 6 months 75% deposit due within 9 months 100% deposit due 1 month before event (Final Payment) CANCELLATION: Non-refundable retainer fee: $500 30 days of signing contract: 100% deposit refund minus retainer fee of $500 2 months of signing contract: 75% deposit refund minus retainer fee of $500 4-6 months of signing contract: 50% deposit refund minus retainer fee of $500 6-9 months of signing contract: 25% of deposit refund minus retainer fee of $500 9-12 month of signing contract: 0% of deposit refund minus retainer fee of $500 ***If for some unforeseen cancellation is needed for life threatening medical emergency a full refund will be given or all funds will be held until client can plan their event. Payment types: Nonrefundable retainer fee of $500 can be paid by check, money order, cashier check, credit card, and traveler’s checks.

MARRIAGE LICENSE
Marriage License in Chicago, IL:
1. Couple must appear together at the cook County’s Clerk Office
a. Fill out and sign a marriage license application
b. Present a valid Id : Driver’s License, State Id, Passport, Alien Resident Card
c. The marriage license fee is $60.00
2. Both partners must be eligible
a. Must be 18 years or older
b. Not blood relatives
c. No already legally married to someone else or each other
Exceptions: if applicant is 16 to 17 years old must submit birth certificate and second form of
Id and have a parent or guardian consent to the marriage license
3. Marriage License are:
