This message is being sent to ALL WAVERLEY NHW Coordinators in CRANLEIGH,FARNHAM & GODALMING

I would like to sincerely thank ALL OF YOU that responded to my recent message requesting that if you were a NHW Coordinator in the Waverley area to please contact me so I could make sure everyone was correctly registered on the new “In The Know” system. I can tell you I have been absolutely delighted with the great response my request generated with you all and showed how much NHW still means to you in our lovely part of the world.

I’m sure I still need to contact more of the NHW Coordinators that may not have seen my initial message so If you know of any other Watch Coordinators can you please check with them if they responded like you did, and if not please will they let me have their details asap. Thanks.

I hope that you can see things are at last moving forward and with that in mind I would like to arrange some Coordinators meetings in Cranleigh, Farnham & Godalming during June. Hopefully if these meetings can all take place in June and I know that does not leave a lot of time to get things arranged but I would hope to get all four major areas set up and running with a Chair Person or persons and a managing committee by the end of the month before the Holiday season gets into full swing.

I will also require some help regarding venues etc. for all three areas. If there are any coordinators who were involved before with the meetings etc. and would be prepared to continue helping, to contact me ASAP as I would be very pleased to receive their help and assistance. If YOU intend coming to these important meetings in your area, PLEASE CAN YOU LET ME KNOW as its important to know numbers that are wanting to attend.

I look forward to hearing from you so I can make some plans to go FORWARD AGAIN
