Your permit must be displayed on your vehicle at all times when on site. . Please note that if you have not registered in advance, you may be unable to trade. You will then be directed to a suitable location for your pitch. . If you wish to camp overnight, the £10 fee is per night, per unit (ie caravan, motorhome or tent). CAMPING: . Please book with Sheila at ModelAir HQ; camping permits must be displayed. . Camping is restricted to the area adjacent to the Play Area. Information for Traders & Car Booters: Access to the designated trade line is not permitted before midday on the Friday of each ModelAir event. The main gate will be closed (locked) at 11.00pm and will remain closed until 7.15am for Traders only. Gates open to the public at 9.00am. For potential problems regarding access to the Airfield outside these hours, please contact us before the event, on 07810 817089 (normal office hours). - Please do NOT contact The Shuttleworth Trust. Please check www.modelair.info for more information about Trading at ModelAir events.
Model Aircraft Flying Times: Between 10.01 – 18.00 (May & July) and 10.01 – 17.00 (September). Between those times the airfield will be closed to full size activity unless previously arranged. The airfield must be completely clear before 18.00 or 17.00 respectively. Thank you.
