___ Select the correct forms for your publication (Magazine or Newspaper)

___ Fill out an appropriate Summary Form and be sure to sign it to verify entrants’ eligibility. Also, please spell entrants’ names correctly.

___ Complete appropriate Entry Forms (Submit all entries to the GOOGLE DRIVE LINK the contest coordinator sends you.)

___ Send a check for $50 (or a copy of a request for your college to cut a check for $50) payable to FCSAA to:

___ Plan to attend the fall conference Oct. 11-14, 2017, at Holiday Inn, Disney Springs, Orlando. Student registration is $130.
