ENTRY FEES: $11.00 RAS GROUND FEE PER EXHIBIT (STABLE USE INCLUDED, $20 STABLE BOND PAYABLE ON THE DAY) $66.00 PER BUNKROOM (UP TO 4 PEOPLE) FOR SATURDAY NIGHT (entry after 5pm Saturday) $15.00 FOR THE FIRST CLASS and then $11 FOR EACH CLASS AFTER THAT PER EXHIBITOR b. All exhibitors must be current members of their respective breed society. c. Photocopy of current Membership Card (front and back) must accompany all entries. d. Welsh & Part Welsh foals do not need to be registered. The sire and dam name must be included on the entry form and a copy of the service certificate MUST BE INCLUDED if the sire is not owned by the breeder. e. All other breed foals (excluding Welsh & Part Welsh) must be registered with their respective breed society/ies. Pending registrations will be accepted on presentation of written proof from the Society secretary / registrar. f. All yearlings must be registered with their respective society/ies. Photocopies of Registration Papers (front and back) must accompany all entries. g. Riding Pony yearlings to supply a copy of a current height certificate. h. Welsh classes are run under the Welsh Pony & Cob Society of Australia Inc. Show Regulations. i. All other classes run under their respective breed rules and regulations. j. Non Member handlers and helpers (of the Welsh Pony & Cob Society) must sign the Liability Waiver Form and this must accompany entries. k. Welsh Members who have not included Liability Waiver on reverse of Membership must sign the Liability Wavier Form and this must accompany entries. l. NO measuring will be available on the day. m. No exhibit will be accepted into the rings without the handler wearing a green wrist band. Handlers for Welsh and Part Welsh exhibits who have pre-entered for the Welsh Foal Show must also wear their catalogued exhibit number – to be collected on the day. n. The organizing Committee reserves the right to add, delete or combine classes. o. Breeds that have been grouped will be given separate classes where 3 or more of that breed enter in one age section (eg. Foal OR Yearling). Does not apply to colour registries / societies. p. Foals may be accompanied by their dams, however, are expected to work on the ring alone. Dams do not need to be show presented, but are expected to be neat and tidy. q. NO dogs allowed on the grounds. r. NO refunds will be given after the close of entries. Special circumstances considered, veterinary or doctor’s certificate may be requested, less 10% of entry fee total for admin. s.
