Insert Helps

To insert a new slide: Pull down the Insert menu, select New Slide. Choose the slide type you want.

To insert a hyperlink: Go to Internet Explorer. Copy a web address (URL). Select some text or a picture for the hyperlink. Pull down the Insert menu, select Picture from File. Paste the URL.

To insert a picture: Pull down the Insert menu, select Picture from File.

To insert a movie: Pull down the Insert menu, select Movie from File.

To insert a sound: Pull down the Insert menu, select Sounds from File.

To create a sound: Pull down the Insert menu, select Record Sound.

Insert Helps

To add an Action Button: Pull down the Slide Show menu, select Action Buttons. Choose a particular button type or custom. Drag to create a button area on the screen. Choose the button action.

To add Animations: Pull down the Slide Show menu, select Animations.
