Users Can Register to Access My Agency If They Are Either A

Add My Agency Access to an existing eBusiness account

1. What is My Agency?

My Agency is the secure area of the Funded Agency Channel (FAC) and contains organisation specific information. For all users other than Department of Health and Human Services employees, My Agency is accessed via the eBusiness Portal. If you are already registered for eBusiness, you will need to add My Agency to your account.

Users can register to access My Agency if they are either a: Staff member of an organisation funded by the Department of Health and Human Services and/or the Department of Education and Training, or Member of the board or committee of management of one of the organisations funded by the departments above.

4. How to add My Agency to an existing eBusiness account

Adding My Agency access to an existing Business account is easy, simply follow the steps below:

5. Step 1 Visit the FAC homepage and click ‘Login to My Agency’. Alternatively, you can access the eBusiness Login page directly. Using your current username and password, login to eBusiness. 6. Step 2 After logging in, the eBusiness Portal page displays. Select the My Requests tab.

7. Step 3 From the bottom of the List of your requests, select the Submit Request button.

The Request Additional Application Access screen displays. Click the Application Name drop down arrow and select Funded Agency Channel from the list. Do not click Get Roles or Get secure roles. Neither of these are required. Tick the Default check box and click the Submit button.

9. Step 5 If more than one organisation displays, select the organisation you require the access from. If only one organisation displays, leave the radio button selected. Select the Submit Query button to return to your List of requests.

Select the Home tab to return to the eBusiness Portal page or close your browser.

10. What happens next? After you have completed the above process, your request for My Agency access will be forwarded to the Organisation Authority (authorised person) in your organisation for verification. Once verified, your request will then be forwarded to the Funded Agency Channel Helpdesk for final approval and an email, from eBusiness, will be sent to your nominated address advising your request was successful.
