Congratulations to the following volleyball players for being recognized on the 4A All County Team: Megan Wilson-First Team and Kaiya Heyliger-Powell-Honorable Mention.

Congratulations to Coach Laeng and the Pom squad for raising $500 for the Medstar Montgomery Medical Center Oncology Unit. The Pom squad conducted a Day Camp for younger students in the Sherwood community to raise the funds for Medstar.

Congratulations to the following student athletes for being recognized by the Washington Post: Marcus Simms-All Met 1st Team for football; Travis Levy-Honorable Mention for football; Connor Ganey-Honorable Mention for field hockey; Ariella Amaguana-Honorable Mention for Girl’s soccer; and Megan Wilson-Honorable Mention for Girl’s volleyball.

One of our 12th grade students, Larisa Quirk who is an intern at Days End Farm Horse Rescue, helped to make Eden's wish come true. This was part of the Make a Wish Foundation.
