Key Responsibilities Business Building:  Developed new accounts and strengthened relationships with existing clients which included commercial companies, not-for-profits, professional associations, and universities.  Attended industry meetings and workshops to promote the company’s expertise and to generate new business.  Retained strong contacts with former placements to increase the likelihood of their becoming clients.

Client Relations:  Negotiated contract details.  Advised clients on aligning a job’s specs to market realities and the available talent pool.  Re-structured position descriptions to reduce HR jargon and to make them both informational and promotional.  Helped clients to see me and my firm as partners in the growth of their business.

Candidate Development:  Placed hundreds of people in jobs involving general management, marketing, sales, operations, IT, product development, and production.  Recruited nationally for referrals on active positions and for potential applicants on future assignments.
