Dear Delegates,

Happy New Year! Be assured of prayer and special thoughts for you as we begin the countdown to our Province Chapter. There are 9 attachments that we are asking you read and study before January 27 th, the first day of our Chapter. The attachments are:

1. Registration 2. Prayer 3. Delegate List 4. Preparation for Election of Delegates 5. Synthesis 6. Reflections on Discernment 7. Recommendations for Extraordinary Chapter 8. Consultation Conclusions and Implications 9. Spirituality in a Time of Restructuring

Please review the materials that CLT [Congregational Website is: csjcarondelet.org. User name: [email protected]. The password is: communion] have recommended under Design Team resources. We appreciate the time, effort and energy you are giving for the sake of our Chapter. Thank you so much. If you are able to download these documents to your iPad or laptop for your use during Chapter this will be helpful. You can also bring your printed copies. In care of the environment, we will not be providing copies of these attachments. The agenda will be sent later this week.

We have a few practical bits of information for you. Please send your registration form by January 13, 2017 at noon to Lupe at [email protected]. There are only a few sleeping rooms left at Carondelet Center. If you have not made arrangements for housing, please contact other houses for availability. If you are commuting, you may want to carpool. Parking has been reserved in the Mount parking Structure.

Please note that we start promptly on:  Friday, January 27th, the meeting will begin at 1:00 pm and end at 4:30 pm  Saturday, January 28th, the meeting will begin at 9:15 am and end at 4:30 pm  Sunday, January 29th, the meeting will begin at 9:00 am and end with Mass at 3:30 pm

You will remember that in an earlier letter we discussed the importance of delegates being present for the entire Chapter. On Sunday, all the sisters are invited to attend our closing Mass with the special blessing of selected delegates to the Extraordinary General Chapter in April 2017.

May we continue to pray for each other during these next few weeks before our Chapter.
