- Collaborative counseling and dietician consultation - Also 10 week group called “Journey to a Joyful Relationship with Food: Using Emotional Brain Training (EBT)”, an educational method to rewire self-regulation and teach participants to eat when hungry, and nurture themselves primarily on foods that promote regulation and natural rewards.
