General conditions of payment and cancellation  rooms will be assigned on a “first-come, first-served” basis  after April 15th we don't guarantee the accommodation, only bookings on request  forms received without credit card data will not be taken into consideration.  The first night will be charged on credit card as deposit.  To settle the bill all credit cards are accepted except DINERS (2 Mari Hotel) and AMERICAN EXPRESS (Grande Albergo, Sereno)  the Reservations Office will send you an e-mail as confirmation of the booking  Cancellation of room will be accepted without any penalty if received within 15 days before the event, for later cancellation we will keep the first night amount as penalty.
