FOR MORE INFORMATION ON AIRLINE FEES, SEE THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE FOR YOUR ASSIGNED CARRIER. . The name and address of the traveler (not a parent or family member) must appear on the outside of all baggage.

This plastic bag must be removed from the carry-on and placed in a bin for X-ray screening. . Prescription liquid medications and other liquids needed by persons with disabilities and medical conditions are permitted in carry-on baggage. If the liquid medications are in volumes larger than 3.4 ounces each, they may not be placed in the quart-sized bag and must be declared to the TSA Officer. WorldStrides assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen items.

Reminders . All participants 18 years of age or older must carry a government issued photo ID such as a driver’s license. . Please notify your Program Leader of any and all special dietary needs or medical conditions in writing prior to departure. . As students will be involved with activities during the daytime and early evening hours, it is best for students to place calls home, rather than receiving calls from home.

Behavior . Rules will be established by the chaperones and passed on to all trip participants. Any violation of these rules may result in disciplinary action, which includes sending the participant home at the parents' expense. A chaperone is present at each site visited by the participants; however, at selected sites participants may have the freedom to explore on their own. To make the trip enjoyable and safe for everyone, it is important for each participant to exhibit responsible behavior at all times.
