Criterion 2: Demonstrated relevant work experience in a Web Application Development role, preferably including experience in a Commonwealth Government or similar environment

Criterion 3: Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including: demonstrated ability to research and write technical documentation; and the ability to work with stakeholders to identify, assess and record requirements
