We invite you to join Group Management 0002 LLC (also known as “GM2”) as a Member of the LLC if you are an individual professional who can perform Telephone Audits/Surveys, Physical Audits and/or Physical Inspections/Surveys related to policies issued by insurance companies

It costs nothing to join GM2 as a Member/Partner and you are free to leave the LLC’s at any time. Member Management LLC will help you join GM2 so you can independently function as a Member under a properly insured group of LLC’s that thousands of Members have joined since 2006. Members currently do business in all 50 States with over 50 different companies. Members have performed millions of audits, inspections and/or reports via firms/brokers that represent hundreds of different insurance carriers.

If you choose to join GM2 as a Member you must understand and agree without any objections that your being a Member of an LLC qualifies you as a Partner in an LLC with regard to personal taxes and all labor related matters and that you do not qualify as an employee of GM2, Member Management LLC, and/or any other company or firms/brokers whenever you perform, invoice and/or are paid for any activities or services as a Member of GM2.

You will receive a K-1 at the end of the year and not a W-2 or 1099 and you will be solely responsible for withholding, filing and paying all of your own personal state and federal taxes on time and you are solely responsible for withholding, filing and paying all of your estimated tax payments on time.

As long as you remain a Member of GM2 you will receive a K-1 every year reporting your gross draw from the company and even if you have no activity under GM2 for an entire year you will still receive a K-1 for $0 provided you are still a Member of GM2.

Neither Member Management LLC nor GM2 will provide a list of companies or firms/brokers for you to contact and you alone must independently identify and establish your own contacts at whatever companies or firms/brokers you wish to do business with and you alone are responsible for how much or little work you have to do.

Neither Member Management LLC nor GM2 will disclose/advertise your individual services to companies or firms/brokers and you alone must market yourself and establish your own business relationships with whatever companies or firms/brokers you wish to do business with and you alone are responsible for how much or little work you have to do.
